Custom Sheet Metal Bending Services

At GSG-Tech, we provide high-precision metal bending solutions to transform flat sheets and tubes into complex 2D and 3D geometries. Our bending process starts with accurately cut blanks—typically prepared through laser cutting—to ensure clean edges and dimensional consistency before forming.

Equipped with high-tonnage press brakes, we are capable of handling parts up to 3200 mm in length, delivering stable and repeatable bends across a wide range of materials. Our tooling system supports multiple bend radii, enabling us to achieve precise angles and tight tolerances, typically within ±0.1 mm depending on part geometry.

In addition to sheet metal forming, we also support tube bending services. Using CNC-controlled bending equipment, we can produce both simple and complex tube geometries in 2D and 3D configurations. Multiple bends can be formed in a single part, reducing the need for welding and improving overall structural integrity.
